Amber began her journey in healthcare at Northwest Iowa Community College, earning her associate’s degree before continuing her education at Briar Cliff University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then pursued her Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner at Morningside College. Driven by her passion for mental health, Amber completed a Post-Master’s Psychiatric-Mental Health Certificate at the University of Iowa.

Dedicated to providing a well-rounded approach to patient care, Amber has completed advanced training in integrative psychiatry and functional neurology through two, year-long fellowships. These specialized programs have deepened her expertise in alternative and evidence-based treatments, allowing her to tailor care to each individual’s unique healing journey. She believes in addressing the root causes of mental health concerns, blending conventional and holistic approaches to support overall well-being.
