What this service is

Thrive Wellness Clinic offers convenient cash-pay lab draws and wellness testing — no doctor’s office visit required.

You can have your labs collected here and sent to the lab of your choice, or we can help you order common wellness panels directly.

This service is designed for:
• Patients working with functional medicine providers
• Self-directed health monitoring
• Annual wellness labs
• People who want affordable testing without insurance involvement

This service is not intended for:

• Emergency or urgent medical concerns
• Symptoms needing immediate results or same-day treatment
• Hospital, ER, or pre-operative clearance labs
• Insurance billing or reimbursement processing
• Pregnancy confirmation for urgent care decisions
• STI testing requiring immediate treatment
• Critical medication monitoring that requires rapid provider adjustment
• Situations where a provider must automatically receive results

* We do not bill insurance and results are not submitted to insurance.

Thrive Wellness Clinic will:
• Collects and processes your sample
• Sends it to the lab

You are responsible for:
• Keeping copies of your results
• Sharing results with your provider
• Requesting interpretation if desired

Results are released directly to you.

Want help understanding your labs?
You may schedule a follow-up visit with Amber for interpretation and guidance. This will be an extra cost outside of labs.

Pricing

Most labs range from approximately:
$50 – $200+
(depending on complexity and specialty testing)
Basic wellness panels are often available for under $100.
A lab draw/processing fee applies.
